As I've mentioned before, one of the running themes in the early comic was that the Megaman characters didn't really want to be in the comic. At this point, I was still planning on starting the hand-drawn comic, so all of this sprite stuff was just filler until the real comic started, and as such, the characters were expecting to only be around a short time, a mere inconvenience for them, which they were not stoic about. I suppose in this comic, then, the characters have finally had enough of the inconvenience and have decided to resort to violence against the Author as a means to end their comicky torment. Unfortunately, this is the sort of thing that has been copied countless times in other sprite comics, diminishing any humor this comic might have originally had. |
