One of the things I like most about a story-based comic is punchlines that refer back to previous punchlines. This comic is a prime example of that, where its punchline is the same thing Proto Man said a few comics back when first introduced to Dr. Wily, as though Proto Man still can't believe it.

Additionally, you may have noticed that I've used that third panel of silence a number of times, and, well, you might as well get used to it. I know I overused it, but I like it. I feel it gives the reader just enough time to stop and think about what was said in the second panel before moving on to the punchline in the fourth, just as the character is doing. In this case, we see Proto Man temporarily stunned at the sheer stupidity of what Dr. Light just said, and he needs a second or two to compose himself before speaking again. That third panel accomplishes so much and is obviously so easy to make, is it any surprise I overused it? Hell, sometimes I wish I could've used it more.

The original version of this comic can be found here. Again, not much change aside from standardized text boxes.
