I suppose this could be a case of the one-eyed man being king of the blind, but I think that analogy falls apart when you realize that if Drill Man is a blind man, then his drills are analogous to being able to shoot lasers out of his eye sockets. I thought I would reiterate Drill Man's point from the comic above with a quip art showing kick-ass versions of the various Robot Masters over the years that don't have any hands. If I were Mega Man, I wouldn't be making fun of them for not having hands.
