I always felt a little bad for Dr. Wily. This time it really wasn't his fault. He didn't put George up there, so why does his fortress have to get destroyed again? Then again, I suppose he did order Bass to bring George to him, presumably for some nefarious purpose, so maybe he earned it a little.
