I have no idea how Mega Man got himself into a standing position, but I know I didn't want to try to sprite it. But I figured after the beating Dive Man gave him, there was no way he hadn't broken something else, and the sprite with Mega Man's foot in completely the wrong direction was too funny to pass up.
